Rainclear's metal rainwater products Refunds Policy
We will accept the return of goods subject to the following:
- All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense to the original place of shipping, Rainclear Systems premises in Swindon.
- A 30% restocking charge will apply if your are a Trade Customer. We request that you contact our offices within 14 days of receipt on 01793 43 53 93 or email@example.com for further clarification. (see Trade customer T&C’s)
- Consumer customers will NOT be charged a restocking fee provided Rainclear have been advised of the return within a 14 day period of taking delivery from us and the items being returned arrive back at Rainclear within a further 14 days. (see Consumer customer T&C’s)
- In all cases a return note must be used and can be obtained from the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For anything outside this time period please us on 0800 644 44 26 for further clarification.
No refund will be given on goods that are returned which are not in a perfect resaleable condition.
- Any goods supplied that have been ‘made-to-order’ may not be returned for a refund.
‘Made to order’ goods available on our website are marked as such and consist of all non-stocked colours of powder coated or painted products, Capping, Fascia, Soffit, Canopies as well as anything else that we do not stock (and marked "PLEASE NOTE: these items are ‘made-to-order' and as such are non-refundable" in the product description).
Made-to-order goods purchased via Rainclear Systems from the manufacturer may only be returned at the manufacturers discretion.
