Modern flat rooflights
Modern and minimalistic, each example in this contemporary range of modern flat rooflights possesses a stunning, flush glass-to-edge design perfect for flat roofs.
With a double-glazed toughened outer pane, these high-performance rooflights are as long-lasting and secure as they are elegant.
Boasting desirable thermal and sound insulation properties, high energy efficiency, and minimum condensation, you can make the most of natural light without enduring any unwanted side effects.
Plus, all visible aluminium components also come polyester powder coated in Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 as standard, but can be coated in a specific RAL colour if desired. Ask a team member for details.
These rooflights are available in 14 different sizes for the fixed unit (comes without ventilation) and 11 sizes for the model with an electric motor opening (with ventilation). They can also come supplied with a pre-assembled sloping timber upstand to ensure compliance with the new Part L Thermal building regulations and aid installation.

Each rooflight in the neo® range is constructed from high-quality materials including 3mm mild steel and a durable polyester powder coating, and comes complete with Thermoliner® details and a top-hinged opening,

Heritage pitched rooflights
For a more authentic and traditional style rooflight, we recommend exploring our range for heritage pitched rooflights (suitable for roof pitch between 17.5-65 degrees).
Ideal for properties that are listed, affected by special controls, or are located in a conservation area, these low-profile rooflights are top hung and come with exposed hinges and original cast iron features to ensure an authentic appearance.
Despite having the look of single glazing, they boast thermally efficient and moisture-resistant linings that combat condensation while also meeting the highest modern performance standards.
Manufactured from reliable 3mm mild steel and finished with a protective RAL 9005 black polyester powder coating, these rooflights are well-protected from the elements, but are supplied with a 10-year frame and five-year glazing warranty (subject to conditions) for your peace of mind.
Just like our modern flat and pitched rooflight collections, the heritage range is also available in an extensive range of sizes, but can be made bespoke to your specific requirements, if necessary.
