1. Product Information
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements are provided as general guidance and may vary slightly. Packaging may differ from images shown.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your contract during the cancellation period outlined below. If you change your mind about an eligible product within this timeframe, you may cancel and receive a refund.
3. Cancellation Period
Your cancellation period starts from the date we send your Delivery Confirmation email.
Single Product (one delivery date)
You may cancel up to 14 days after the day you receive the product.
Products delivered separately or in instalments
You may cancel up to 14 days after the day you receive the final item or instalment.
4. Non‑Returnable Products
Certain products cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty or mis‑described. These include:

All items marked as made‑to‑order

Products with a lead time or delivery period over one day

Non‑stocked colours of powder‑coated or painted products

Capping, fascia, soffit, canopies and similar made‑to‑order products

Any product marked as:
“PLEASE NOTE: these items are ‘made-to-order’ and as such are non-refundable.”
Made‑to‑order items purchased from the manufacturer may only be returned at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Please include your order details. Your cancellation becomes effective on the day you send your email or post your letter.
6. Returning Products
If you have already received your product:
- You must return it within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- Contact us for return instructions before sending any product back.
- Unless the product is faulty or mis‑described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
- If the item cannot be sent by post, return costs should not exceed the original delivery charge.
- If we arrange collection, a collection charge will apply.

7. Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition.
- No refund will be issued for goods that are damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition.
8. Refunds
If you cancel an eligible order, we will refund:
- The price paid for the product (minus any value reduction caused by handling beyond what would be acceptable in a shop)
- Standard delivery costs (if you chose a premium delivery method, only the standard rate will be refunded)
Refund timelines:
- Within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
- Or within 14 days of receiving proof that you returned it
- Or within 14 days of cancellation if the product was not dispatched or we offered to collect it
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or mis‑described products
We will refund:
- The full purchase price
- All delivery charges
- Any reasonable return costs
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Trade Customers
Trade customers follow separate Terms & Conditions, including:
- A 30% restocking fee for returns
