It’s always been possible to email us drawings – either building plans from professional architects, or your ‘hand-drawn-on-the-back-of-an-envelop’ sketch. Now we’ve added the option to upload those drawings/sketches via the website, on a mobile or desktop.
You can send any drawings you have for your project direct to us by uploading them on the website here.
Uploading architects’ drawings for take offs
What’s a ‘take off’?
Our ‘take-off’ service means using the architect’s drawings from your project (whether it’s a new build, refurb or extension) to make a list of everything you need for the rainwater system.

There’re just a few conditions that we ask you to adhere to:
- please only upload PDFs
- please include a roof plan and all elevations
- please keep your uploads to under 1mb each
If you’re unsure of anything or would like some help or guidance, please get in touch.
When you upload a drawing on the website, we’ll also send a copy to you for your records.
Alternatively, you can still email drawings to sales@rainclar.co.uk (please export/save them as PDFs we have trouble opening .swg, .dxf, .dgn, .pln or .dwg etc.)
Uploading sketches for bespoke fascia & soffit profiles
As Skyline Aluminium Fascia and Soffit are made to order, if you don’t see the exact profile you need or want on our website here – just upload a sketch of the profile here instead.
Illustrate the number of bends and the dimensions between the bends that you require – and we can have them fabricated for you.
