Refunds Policy

We will accept the return of goods subject to the following: - 

All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense and to the original place of shipping, this may be to the manufacturers address or to Rainclear Systems premises. Any goods purchased via Rainclear Systems from the manufacturer direct may only be returned at the manufacturers discretion.


No refund will be given on goods that are returned which are not in a perfect resaleable condition.

 

A restocking charge will apply to all returned goods and this will vary dependent on the type of goods that are being returned and we would request that you contact our offices on

If goods are being supplied as ‘special order’ these goods may not be returned for a refund. ‘Special order’ goods available on this website are currently all powder coated products within the cast aluminium range.

 

Refunds will be credited to either a credit / debit card of your choosing or by cheque. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods. Credit / debit card numbers will be requested by telephone prior to refund being issued as card numbers are not stored at the premises for security reasons.
