Good product,excellent delivery with adequate packaging but had to query the fitting of brackets and hoppers .Reference to the videos helped a lot [could have been told about them at the order stage] but his dark shirt was a disadvantage.Cutting the gutter holes was difficult [a template would have helped] A scaled delivery charge for small items missed off the original order eg stop ends would be more acceptable.You did reduce mine on request Thank you.

Very pleased with product, and very helpful telephone staff - however as packing was so bad one item was damaged. Also invoicing and e.mails all replicated, surely a waste of time and money? But I have already recommended you, so overall very happy.

Purchased the rolled steel guttering system for a new house build in a Georgian style. The guttering provides goods proportions on a large house and looks remarkably good when installed - not the usual flimsy finish from Upvc.
It takes a bit of time to learn the connection processes with the unions, down pipe connectors etc, but the instructional videos on the web site make it a simple to follow process and quite easy to install.

Rainclear talked me through the proccess for installing a drain through an underground car park, not only did they recommend the appropriate pipework but also the brackets and flanges and just the right amount with no wastage, a good clear price and excellent delivery.
