Delivery Charges
As part of our service all of our deliveries above £200 at our website prices are free of charge and dependent upon value subject to additional discounts, please refer to discounts information for full details.

Delivery Dates & Times
We will normally require 1 to 2 working days to process and pick your order in readiness for dispatch, we will advise you of the date of dispatch by e mail and materials will be delivered 3 working days after they have left our warehouse. We regret that timed deliveries cannot be given. Deliveries will be between 8.00am & 5.00pm on the date given.

Delivery Tickets
All materials must be signed for when they arrive on site, we would politely request that you sign and clearly print your name, therefore in the unlikely event of a delivery discrepancy we will have a point of contact on site.

Delivery Errors
All deliveries must be checked and any discrepancies notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery, these will then be investigated and we will reply by e mail within 24 hours. Should any discrepancies be noticed upon delivery the delivery ticket should be marked before the delivery driver leaves site. Any delivery discrepancies notified after 48 hours, that results in us dispatching other materials will be charged to the customer with any carriage charges incurred by Rainclear Systems Ltd.

Delivery Vehicle
All palletised goods will normally be sent on 18 tonne delivery vehicles, the driver will off load by means of a pump truck and tail lift fitted to the delivery vehicle, the driver will then deliver by means of the pump truck as close as possible to the property whilst remaining on a hard standing surface.

Handling
Some of our cast iron materials are heavy (up to 40kg) and can also be awkward to handle, we would ask that you are mindful of this fact and use two people to carry lengths of cast iron gutter and downpipe where necessary.

Hand Off Loading
Drivers will not hand off load goods which are palletised.

Site Acces
Due to the size of the delivery vehicles we would politely request that clear access is given to the property on the day of delivery, if you think that access may be an issue, please advise our sales office when placing your order.
